Gernsbach

"Pros: The view from the balcony was very nice, a dedicated parking spot, nice women at the check in, clean apartment, the fact it had a fridge and elevator. Good location. Good for the price. Despite some problems it was ok, the sleeping was ok most of the time Cons: The wifi worked quite bad and in a very strange way: sometimes it worked good, sometimes not at all, sometimes only some websites would load while others didn't. Holiday Inn - the niu, Wave Karlsruhe Oststadt by IHG

Holiday Inn - the niu, Wave Karlsruhe Oststadt by IHG

10/10 Excellent
"I found the Thermostat to be very confusing. I believe a small sign with a brief explanation on how it works and how to adjust it would be appropriate and very helpful. Maybe one of those QR codes that carries you to different languages to explain. I’m 65 years old and never seen anything like it. More options on something to eat other than just pizza in a little oven would be nice. Maybe some cold cut sandwiches."
