The Loft, located in the gated community of Sandpiper Village, is a recently updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, meticulously designed with your utmost comfort in mind. Nestled on the 3rd floor, our home away from home offers a cozy retreat for your getaway. We provide high speed Wi-Fi access, convenient parking and complementary coffee, tea, cocoa and popcorn. Towels and linens are provided at no extra cost! Forget something? We have you covered. In each bathroom closet you will find toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, shampoo/conditioner, soap, q-tips and feminine products. USB and outlet stations have been installed at every nightstand. There are 5 beach chairs, some beach blankets and beach towels for you to use ... don't forget your sunscreen! Feel free to bring your bikes, they can be secured to the bike racks in the parking area.

PRIMARY BEDROOM - Unwind in the primary bedroom featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom boasting a double vanity and rejuvenating stand-up shower. Your relaxation extends to a spacious walk-in closet, providing ample room to unpack and settle in. There is a 50” smart TV in this room to watch your favorite shows.

GUEST BEDROOM - The generously sized guest bedroom welcomes you with a plush queen and twin bed. There is a convenient walk-in closet. The adjacent guest bathroom, equipped with a tub/shower combo, offers both accessibility and a soothing spot for a relaxing bath, ideal for small children.

KITCHEN - Our fully-equipped galley kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, stocked with all the cookware, dinnerware, utensils and spices you need. Indulge in a cup of coffee from our complimentary coffee bar or savor a cup of tea. We also provide cocoa and popcorn! Don't forget to utilize the filtered water tank in the refrigerator—please fill it for the next guest before your departure.

LIVING & DINING ROOM – Relax in the spacious living room on two large, comfortable sofas, one of which transforms into a queen sleeper bed. There is an armoire/dresser under the TV for guest use so you can put away your clothes. Here you will also find bedding for the sleeper sofa. We also created an area for extra storage and a place to hang things in the laundry room. There is a table along the wall with further instructions and a notebook of our favorite places and things to do. Please feel free to log in to your favorite streaming networks on our 50” smart TV! The dining room contains a 4-person table and chairs perfect for a delicious meal or perhaps check out the games we have provided. There are 2 bar stools at the counter for extra seating.



SCREENED IN PORCH - Step into our screened-in porch featuring a charming bistro set, creating an idyllic space for morning coffees or evening cocktails. Immerse yourself in a great view while unwinding with a good book, adding the perfect touch to your memorable stay. We hope you cherish your time in our thoughtfully designed condo as much as we do!
