One Virginia Avenue is considered Rehoboth's premiere location. The building is oceanfront with a guarded, outdoor, community pool, sundeck, library, coin-op, first floor laundry, and key-secured underground parking. Step out of the building to the boardwalk and beach. This south facing one bedroom condo has breath taking views of the city of Rehoboth, the boardwalk, and the Atlantic Ocean. The unit will sleep 4 with a king bed in the bedroom and a king sleeper sofa. Kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

This is a quiet building ideally located just steps from the beach and boardwalk. The walking paths around Lake Gerar are minutes away. The north end of the boardwalk is quiet, the beach is guarded during the summer season. Despite the quiet location, the hustle and bustle of the south boardwalk and the shops and restaurants of downtown Rehoboth are a short 5-minute walk away. One Virginia requires a one-week minimum stay with Saturday-to-Saturday rentals during the summer months.

A week long stay at the beach

Enjoyed the convenience of being located so close to the beach making it very easy to transport our beach chairs and umbrella. Also, loved being able to lock our bicycles in a safe place, so we could easily ride them everywhere including Cape Henlopen State Park and around town. Really loved having drinks on the balcony overlooking the ocean too. Staff were very helpful and we would come here again.

Nice stay on beach

Condo is right next to beach and within walking distance of many restaurants. Long expansive fairly flat beach. Nice, angled view of beach from the condo. Hosts' responses were helpful. Condo was comfy and very clean. Pull-out sofa was large and amazingly comfortable.

Excellent location!

This condo is clean, cozy and in a perfect location. The beach, boardwalk, pool and parking, security, full kitchen just make this a fantastic spot. Owners were so helpful in giving ideas too! We’ll hopefully be back!

Beautiful Rehoboth vacation

This property is great! Beautiful kitchen, clean, nice decor, very spacious, and a nice comfortable pull out King Sofabed in the livingroom for the kids to sleep on. We loved being so close to the ocean and enjoyed the amazing views from the balcony.

Perfect for our family

This was our firat time in Rehobeth and it was wonderful. The condo was clean and inviting. We have 2 toddlers and found the place (including the building) made our vacation easier. The pullout sofabed was the most comfortable sofabed ive ever slept on and it was so nice to have a fullly stocked kitchen. There were many practical things like having extra hooks (and a hidden clothesline in the shower) for hanging wet towels, laundry room downstairs, shower inside the courtyard to rinse sand, lockers for beach items (on the first floor) and locked entry points for safety. Then there were added perks like a few games in the room and also downstairs to borrow, super friendly neighbors and staff, and some oversize parking if needed. We would definitely recommend this condo for a beach getaway.

Great Condo on Rehoboth Beach

The condo location was exceptional and our condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. It was so convenient to get to the beach, with well designed walkway and storage area (for beach chairs, etc) in our building. I would definitely stay here again!

Rehoboth Beach Oceanview Condo

Everything was great and as advertised. The only thing is that I forgot to mention that I was afraid of heights. So I didn't get a chance to sit on the balcony, but did enjoy the view from inside the condo.

Condo was exactly as advertised, and a great find! Perfect location!!! It was within walking distance to everything in town… a giant bonus, because finding parking is a challenge!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our week there, and will hopefully be able to return next summer.

Great beachfront condo for a couple. Nice updated kitchen well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. Convenient location on the boardwalk, within easy walking distance to restaurants.

Excellent Location

Very quiet the entire week before Memorial Day weekend. No lines for anything and all restaurants visited had great service and food. The shopping deals at Tanger Outlets were awesome. Wish the property had a gym in house and a washer/dryer, but that won’t stop us from visiting again.

Property was very clean. Building was ver clean. Walking distance to everything in downtown Rehoboth! Furniture is older and not that comfortable. Kitchen was nice, but owner had told us a new refrigerator was being installed, but that did not happen. Existing refrigerator was fine.

Such an awesome vacation!

Thanks to David and Nina for a wonderful stay in Rehoboth! The location was perfect-everything within walking distance and steps from the beach. Nice, cozy condo and love the updated kitchen! Fantastic Location and Building Amenities

We are long-time visitors to Rehoboth Beach. We spent a week at this condo in July 2022. The location is fantastic. So nice to enjoy the lovely balcony over coffee in the morning and with a cold beverage in the evening. Having a beachfront location also allowed us the ease to come and go as we each pleased with convenient parking below the building, as well as storage for our beach chairs and umbrella. The unit is well equipped but dated in its furnishings and the carpet is worn. The dresser in the bedroom needs to be replaced. The dresser knobs fell off throughout the week holding our clothes hostage within. Very frustrating. The mattress is extremely hard, the shower liner is in extreme need of replacement, and we struggled with the key all week which the owner warned us about in advance. These things seem inconsistent with the price charged for a week in such an upscale location. The pool was also out of service with no adjustment to fees for this missing amenity. The employees in the condominium office were lovely. Very welcoming and helpful. We sure wish we could have relied on them for the check-in and check-out process. The owner instead chooses to use a third party off-site for keys/linen/towel pickup and drop-off. This individual is located in an apartment complex located on busy Rt. 1 which was extremely inconvenient. We like to arrive ahead of time for a nice lunch in town and it required us to head all the way back the way we traveled in traffic both ways to get what we needed to access the property, as well as stopping on the way out of town on Saturday morning. We absolutely will rent again at One Virginia Avenue but we are in search of a better maintained property that is managed by the building personnel.

Perfect Location

We loved the location of the unit to the boardwalk, beach & Rehoboth Ave. The building was in a quiet location, everyone working there was helpful & kind. The unit itself was exactly as pictured & the pull out sofa was very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We also loved having a separate place to store the beach chairs so we didn’t have to drag sand up to our place. It was a great trip!
