Cozy and spacious 2bd/2ba Condo that fits 6 comfortably. Great balance between a relaxing retreat, that is perfect for a Family or Couples get away, and convenient access to what Rehoboth has to offer.

Fully updated: includes WiFi, laundry, and well stocked modern kitchen. There are 3 pools, and a tennis court in the condo’s association.


A personalized code to access the Condo will be sent to you during your Check In time. AJ and Steph are available to be contacted at anytime during your stay, as we want you to have a 5 star experience at MavSpaces!


We are located across from the "Main Street" that leads to Downtown Rehoboth and Boardwalk which offers a plethora of Dining, Shops and Things to Do! Quick hop in and out of the car to Tanger Outlets that is spread out throughout Rt. 1.

Parking: Open parking in a large lot, there are no assigned spots.
NOTE: There are no trailers allowed anywhere on property.

This spacious and cozy condo that can sleep up to 6 guests is ready for your next get away!

Master Bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom with a King Bed, and streaming TV
Secondary Bedroom with hallway full bathroom, can sleep up to 4 guests, Full Sized bunk bed with a twin on top bunk and a pull out twin trundle and streaming TV

2 Full Bathrooms with towels and some travel essentials offered (Make Up Remover, Nail filer, QTips, Cotton Swabs). Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash dispensers in the shower/ tubs

A newly updated and modernized, fully stocked kitchen with your cooking necessities readily available (full compliment of pots and pans/ utensils, blender, Keurig, hot water kettle, airfryer toaster oven, etc)

Dining Table and Breakfast Bar to enjoy any take away or home cooking.

Laundry Room with side by side washer and dryers. Pods and Dryer sheets are included.

Cozy up with some soft blankets offered on our Blanket Ladder.
Fast WiFi and Streaming TVs in Living Room, and each bedroom.

Workspace area located right by patio, available with charging stations.

Board games available for some staying in fun!



Just a short walk/ bike ride/ drive from downtown Rehoboth, boardwalk, Breweries and Tanger outlets. Surrounded by a great selection of dining choices from Casual to Formal.

For peace of mind, please note that we have a Ring security camera located at the front door (exterior only). This camera monitors the entrance and helps ensure safety and property security. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

Easy check in and check out! Great location. 2 mile drive or uber to the boardwalk. Everything you can think of is within walking or driving distance. Clean home and excellent communication w owners!
