As Advertised

The owners of the property, David and Nina, were very friendly, communicative, and accommodating. The space and check-in process was exactly as advertised. I highly recommend!

Awesome!

Owners were awesome! We had a minor miscommunication with our booking and they were so sweet and accommodating for us. Rental was clean, close to everything. It was exactly what we needed. Would book again 100%!

Great trip.

As before we had a great time We love staying there. It is easy to get to places and Nina and Dave are very easy to communicate with. I hope we can arrange another trip sometime soon.

We were not disappointed, clean and spacious.

Thank you for sharing your property with me and my family. My kids got there first and called to tell me how clean and well maintained the home and surroundings were. They said “mom your going to love it”. I did and the location could not have been better. The Outlets were right across the street, such a variety of eateries and restaurants surrounding us. Wonderful Stay

Clean rooms, thin walls, and be aware you need to bring everything with you

The rooms and furniture were clean. The master bed mattress needs to be replaced- it is uncomfortable from the unevenness/indented springs that come with long-term use. The owner and property manager were nice and check-in was easy. It ended up being a hassle to bring so much with us, from all of our own linens to toilet paper to hand soap and to not be able to put wet towels and bathing suits on the patio to dry. I wish I had fully realized the extent of the no-frills rental before booking. Dishes were provided, but there were not enough and many in the cabinet were not clean and the dishwasher was full when we arrived. Also, the neighbors were loud and the walls and ceilings are thin. We were woken up very early every day by young children yelling and running and stomping on the ceiling for long periods. On our last day, well before our check out time, the next renters bothered us while we were still getting up and in our PJs to see if we had left yet or were about to leave. They said they were told to do this. I don’t know why the owner or property manager chose to do this, as opposed to them communicating with me directly or checking with the cleaning staff. This rental was okay, but did not feel as “homey” as some other places we have stayed.

Stay at the Palms

The condo is very well kept, very welcoming and felt like home. My only complaint was the neighbors upstairs who had a child that they allowed to run back and forth over my head. I definitely will not stay there again.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Close drive to Rehoboth, good kid friendly restaurants and entertainment for the children. Property well taken care of. And check in was effortless even though we ran into bad weather on the way and would arrive later than check in time.

Great spacious condo!

We found this space to be very clean and in a great location to everything from shopping, restaurants and the beach. Our family really enjoyed the stay. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

Very Nice Rental

The rental was exactly as advertised and Dave and Nina were extremely easy to work with. The property manager was quick to reply and made the check in process easy. We stayed in December for our annual family shopping trip to the outlets. We cooked in each night, watched Christmas movies and played games. Shellville Village was a lot of fun and FREE! We had a great weekend and enjoyed the rental. Thank you Dave and Nina for your hospitality.
