So I have been charged by both companies. After talking to an EXPEDIA customer service rep. He started talking about the 3rd party they used to book my reservation and they have to contact the hotel to get my money back. I am a platinum member with EXPEDIA and this is a first. Hmmm. Something isnt adding up. Response requested "
