"Apparently if you book through Expedia, this particular Embassy Suites does not honor the room/product you purchase. I ordered a bay view, 2 queen bed room and was downgraded to a view of construction of the back of the building. While check in is listed for 4:00PM, my room was not available at that time. I had tickets to attend an event at 6:00 and was pressured to accept, supposedly, the only room available at that time - at that point, 4:10PM. They said it had a partial bay view, it did not. The front desk staff said I would receive $50 off but would have to go through Expedia to get the $50. They apparently do not assist in that transaction. When I checked out, I explained the situation to a different front desk staff member and she offered to give me 10,000 HH points and would ask her manager if she could give me more. During both interactions with the front desk staff, I was told the manager was not available. I will continue to contact Expedia and Hilton headquarters until proper consideration is given. This would be a very nice property if they honored the package purchased through Expedia. I actually paid for these 2 nights in November 2025. The room I was forced to accept was in no way whatsoever what I paid and contracted with Expedia and Hilton. "

You can hear the people next to you like if they were in your rooms l stayed there for 5 minutes l have to leave l couldn’t breathe. The smell was just terrible. The parking lot full of junk. Also . "Even though the hotel states the rooms have been refurbished they were just lack luster. The shower had mildewed caulk. The pictures on the walls were of cats and birds and were hung crooked. I could not open the curtains all the way so it was a bit claustrophobic. The rooms only had espresso makers and if you wanted a just cup of coffee you had to buy it. The staff was very friendly. "
