"Overall, I cannot complain about my mistake. The check-in process was a little slow. Guy behind the desk, definitely chatted up the individual before me more than he should’ve while I waited. However, that’s likely the worst of it. The room was clean, the bathroom, had a small touch of mildew, but it was nothing I could not handle. For what I paid, you really cannot beat the price for the quality of stay."

"Plenty of space for the whole family, and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to do any cooking. The master bedroom is huge and has the most comfortable mattress! Host is quick to respond to messages. Great location., however there is an older man, a neighbor directly across the way who was obviously staring at us while we were parking and getting out of our vehicle. He was staring angrily while pretending to rake leaves in his driveway which was uncomfortable. I waved and he ran into his garage. I'm guessing he works for the HOA.. Not the host's fault and I would definitely still stay again "

The zoo was right down the street, there were games in the house the kids loved playing and the host was very attentive when a few small issues arose. I would recommend this house and host to anyone visiting the omaha zoo or the area."

Room comes with a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes & silverware, pots & pans & lots of other things either in the room, or you can borrow items to cook with from an area in the lobby! Laundry is FREE & the staff are super friendly & helpful! Would definitely recommend planning your next trip to an IHG Candlewood hotel!!"

"This was a great house to stay in. Pictures and descriptions were very accurate. Very clean and user friendly. Our son is in a wheelchair and it was open and spacious enough for him. Lots of room and very comfortable. Unfortunately the weather was cold so we couldn’t enjoy the outside porches as much as we would have liked but it was very nice outdoor space."

The photos didn’t display it, but there were two additional queen beds set up (including one in the bunk room) which was very helpful for the cousins to share a room. There were some issues with the coffee machines and outlets, but Brad dropped off a brand new machine so we had coffee for the morning. :)"
