Discover the Great Flat Lode, famed for many engine houses, where tin was mined in incredible volume during the late 19th Century. There are endless country walks here, a paradise for two and four legged friends alike, many of which are flat.
The revered beaches, many just a few miles distant, offer huge stretches of golden sand, rock formations, coves and at low tide rock pools, perfect for children of all ages to explore. Visit wonderful St Ives, with its picture postcard cottages, beach and Tate Gallery. The choices of fun filled days out are endless, from coastline to moorland, from theme parks to pretty harbour villages, you are truly spoilt for choice. Elderberry Cottage, with its eco-friendly solar panels, is a traditional style retreat, offering roomy accommodation for five guests.
The kitchen has all you need to prepare breakfast, brunch, or evening meal, whilst the downstairs cloakroom houses a washer/dryer and desktop freezer. There is an inviting dining area too.
