「Good location but propety is so-so.」

「This two bedroom apartment is a perfect location for exploring Redmond and surroundings on foot and by bicycle. Less than ten minute walk from many restaurants and shops, and the Sammamish River Trail and Marymoor Park are 5-10 minutes by bike. On a busy street, but noise was not a problem. Very comfortable beds, comfy couch and chairs, and a nice kitchen, if somewhat dated.Off street outdoor parking is private and with easy access to the apartment.」

「Easy access, owner quickly responsive to texts and messages. Well equipped and very clean property. Quiet, close to trails. Only item to get fixed: garage door opener. Will come back to this property.」

「issue with entering into the parking stall -Garage. I was not able to get in with the clicker. 」

「I would not recommend staying at this location or with this host. Host was not responsive and did not share check in instructions until multiple messages, calls, and escalations with VRBO support. Despite a later check in time of 4pm, this kept my family waiting outside of the listing for an additional 22 mins with no clarity or responses. After the escalations with VRBO support the host eventually shared the check-in instructions late, and not even an apology or clarification. To make things...

「Property was very nice, easy walking distance to great restaurants, massage, shopping. I asked for an additional night, received no problem. Thank you!」

「Very nice apartment, well stocked. Walking distance to bus and train stations in downtown Redmond, as well as multiple restaurants. Host was very responsive」
