The staff was so nice, friendly and alway smiling while talking to customer. The environment was good too, as they located near to other restaurant or stall which is very good. I am satisfied with my stay, will come again 😁

Save your money go elsewhere

We paid a lot of money to stay two nights at this hotel so were hoping for it to be above average. The hotel is definitely about a 2 star and they get those stars from having a well situated pool and direct access to a beautiful sea and beach. Other than that everything else was appalling. The rooms were filthy and crawling with ants. We found empty milk cartons under our bed. When I asked for our room to be cleaned and sheets changed as they were stained nothing got done. The reception area and round the pool is also in massive need of an update. The breakfast was very average and again not clean. We were most shocked by the lack of social distancing and adherence to any covid policies. We will not be staying here again and cannot believe the price that was charged for two nights. Rip off!

Not worth the money

People at the hotel were lovely and supportive but unfortunately the hotel is rundown, with lots of technical issues and a hotel waste dump just in front of your window (if you didn't book a beach villa). Unfortunate as this could be a great place after renovation.

it not worth paying this kind of money. the whole hotel need to upgrade. it look like worn on hotel. the worst part is the breakfast.it so horrible .the service so slow.lack of communication within staff.the quality of food severed is suck.the whole things suck.Internet service so slowly. no service in room,regarding staying there.

La struttura si trova in ottima posizione, un po' decentrata, ma proprio nella parte più bella e tranquilla di Long Beach. Sulla spiaggia ci sono poche sdraio e ombrelloni ma, dato che gli asiatici non amano prendere il sole, ce ne sono sempre disponibili. Il personale è sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. Le camere avrebbero la necessità di un'importante opera di ristrutturazione poiché il rapporto qualità prezzo non è per niente adeguato. La struttura offre la possibilità di fare escursioni in barca per snorkling e immersioni.

Bene ma non benissimo

Abbiamo alloggiato al Sari per 3 notti. Il resort è su una delle spiagge più belle, disposto di lettini e piscina. Il personale è amichevole anche se un pò lento. Il cibo non è buono ma intorno al resort ci sono bar e bistro accoglienti. La pulizia del resort non è delle migliori, ma con un pò di esperienza si impara che da queste parti l’igiene non è in primo piano. In generale il soggiorno è andato bene.

La posizione tra le migliori dell'isola, camera sulla spiaggia, molto grande, pulita, bagno enorme, veranda con accesso diretto alla spiaggia (da sogno). Camera da 10. Personale gentilissimo, molto efficiente, da 10. Check-in e chek out veloci, servizio barca per raggiungere l'isola eccellente. Tutto perfetto tranne il cibo. Avevo letto recensioni negative sul cibo e purtroppo è vero, immangiabile, per noi europei sono meglio i locali sulla spiaggia.

Very good location for snorkeling,diving, kayaking, very good weather was during our stay in mid of August, but most liked for us(me, my wife and my daughter 20y.o., was the Jungle Trip to the turtles beach, which we did almost every days (twice by 45 min with adventures)

Bo inte här!!!!

Bokade detta hotell i tron att det skulle vara ett 4-stjärnigt hotell, en sån besvikelse!! Rummen var skitiga, det var kladdfläckar på väggarna i badrummet, duschkabinen ramlade isär och gick inte att använda, smutsigt handfat, möblerna på balkongen var redo för tippen då det var trasiga och inte gick att sitta på, hängde man handduken över stolarna färgade de av sig! Upptäckte efter ett par dagar att skjutdörrarna ut till balkongen inte satt fast i väggen så trots att vi låste kunde man bara flytta på dörrarna och kliva in! Man valde att byta ut befintlig möbel i vårt rum under vår vistelse vilket var en fräsch byrå där vi hade våra kläder till en fallfärdig pjäs från 1900 talets början, den saknade dessutom handtag så vi kunde inte öppna lådorna! Det mesta hängde på trekvart runt om i hela hotellet, färgen flagnade från taket i matsalen och stolsöverdragen på stolarna var fulla av fläckar och inte tvättade på länge... Hotellet är i stort behov av renovering, det som var trevligt var poolområdet med en stor härlig pool samt hotellets läge precis på stranden. Personalen var oerhört trevliga och hjälpsamma! Jag skulle dock aldrig rekommendera detta ställe, det finns så många andra trevliga boenden på ön, även om de är enkla är de mer välskötta än Sari Pacifica resort vilket dessutom är väldigt dyrt att bo på med tanke på befintlig standard! Jag skulle rekommendera Hotels att nedgradera detta hotell till 2 stjärnor, då skulle man troligtvis bli glatt överraskad istället!

Ville vælge dette hotel igen på Redang

Skøn pool, hotel beliggende ned til perfekt sandstrand med klart vand. Morgenmaden byder på kinesisk, indisk, malaysisk morgenmad, foruden kontinental. Den kontinentale kunne dog godt opgraderes lidt, så der også var musli, mere pålæg/marmelade til brødet, samt mere variation i det friske frugt. Har også boet 2 nætter på Redang Islands Resort og vil til enhver tid foretrække Sari Pacifica De kunne godt bruge lidt flere og bedre solsenge.

Agréable séjour

Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables, le personnel est serviable. Le petit déjeuner était correcte (céréales, nourriture salée, gaufres et œufs à la commande). L’hôtel propose des sorties que vous pouvez trouver moins chères dans les hôtels où dans les centres d’activités voisins (traversée de la jungle, snorkeling en mer, tortues..). Les restaurants étaient bons (il y en a plus loin sur la plage), principalement composée de nourriture locale ou chinoise. La plage est très belle, on peut y faire du snorkeling et y voir de nombreux poissons ou même des Bebe requins.

Hôtel bien situé mais vétuste

Cet hôtel dispose d'un atout majeur : il est situé à l'extrémité de la plage de Long Beach (belle vue et au calme) et nous avons noté bien moins de touristes ici que sur l'autre rive de cette plage (en direction de l'embarcadère). L'eau y est vraiment très belle et c'est un véritable aquarium pour les amoureux du snorkelling. Le petit-déjeuner était convenable mais pourrait être amélioré (plus de variétés de fruits) Son personnel était très agréable et à notre écoute. En revanche, l'hôtel est vraiment vétuste au niveau des chambres notamment (rouille sur les robinetteries, placards cassés, fauteuil abîmé et décoration vieillotte). Durant notre séjour, l'hôtel a commencé à changer ses équipements et des travaux étaient en cours. Nous précisons avoir été surclassés à notre arrivée après avoir fait constater l'état général de notre chambre.
