Great location, very cool vibe, nice breakfast

We stayed in the hacienda and our room was lovely. It was spacious and had a nice sitting area and balcony. The complimentary breakfast was simple but sufficed even for my husbands vegan diet. The fireplace seemed to have a mind of its own which is my only complaint about the room. The location is excellent and walkable to downtown and the rail yards. We would definitely come back here again!

We had a really enjoyable stay at this property and would definitely recommend it to others. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable—exactly what you hope for when traveling. The overall atmosphere of the property felt relaxing and well cared for, and the amenities, including the spa and bar, added a nice touch to the experience. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made a big difference in how comfortable we felt during our stay. The only area for improvement would be the check-in experience. After arrival, it would have been helpful to be personally shown to our room and offered assistance with our bags. That small level of service would elevate the experience and better match the quality of the property and staff. Overall, a great stay with just a minor opportunity to enhance the guest arrival experience.
