River Breeze House in Upper Valley with High Speed Wifi

Take in all that the mountains have to offer when you stay in this recently remodeled garage apartment. Start off your morning with a warm cup of coffee on the deck by the edge of the river and take in the fresh mountain air! On some mornings, you might even see some of the local wildlife stopping by to say “hello”.

Located in the Upper Valley, the southwestern charm of River Breeze is ready to welcome you the moment you walk up the stairs to the wrap around porch and pass through the front door. You’ll find two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, while bedroom 2 has a full size bed. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. There is No Washer/Dryer. This property is a few miles from downtown, giving you the best of both worlds! You’ll be able to enjoy the quiet sounds of nature, while still being close to all the adventures that Red River has to offer. After a day of exploring the mountains, relax on the deck while you grill out some dinner with the BbQ grill available for use. Make sure you have your camera ready, the sunsets in New Mexico are absolutely Stunning!

There is wifi and also a large Tv in the living room with a DvD player. This property has a total of 600 square feet. 4x4 is Required during the Winter months! For a larger family, please consider renting our Cozy Bear home next door.

Nice, but Cutesy Clutter

Nice layout but too much cutesy stuff in the bathroom & bedrooms. If there were 4 adults staying in this garage apartment it would feel very crowded with all of the curio cases, etc. in the bedrooms and the bathroom. The bed in the second bedroom needs real supports, not the type you would use in a college dorm room. A keurig single cup coffee maker in the kitchen would also be nice and the TV should have access to something more than the Lawrence Welk channel ( who knew such a thing existed ) and an off-brand cooking channel. Just wanted to check on college football scores but could not find a news or sports network.
