気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Maintenant is poor, service slow, employees will help people who cut in line before they do the ones waiting...
I had to change rooms and was given a room that was either occupied by someone else or hadn't been cleaned yet. That made me fear for my safety, and i felt the need to take my belongings with me every time i left the hotel because i didnt know if they would give another guest my room by mistake.
Another guest made me feel uncomfortable in the elevator. When i brought this up to the front desk the dismissed it saying he was a regular guest and that's just how he is.
I will definitely not be back
