Brand new building. The apartment has 50 m², 2 bedrooms, one suite plus 1 bathroom, kitchen with all utensils. In the suite, a double bed with a SmartTV and in the other room a bunk bed with auxiliary bed. Very comfortable for 6 people all sleeping in beds. Air conditioning and fan in both rooms. Balcony with a hammock and living room with sofa, tables and chairs. Everything just bought. Quiet and noiseless environment. Central gas, swimming pool. Building with 24 hour security. 2 private garages. Needing both to warn before. Great bars, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. It solves everything without needing a car. Easy access to shopping malls, museums and beaches.
