Welcome to South Lodge at Stanlake Park Wine Estate. This beautifully converted 4-bedroom gatehouse offers luxury accommodation, stunning views, a spacious garden, and parking for 4 cars. With comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and elegant interiors, it's the perfect retreat for up to 8 guests.

4 Bedroom house complete with -
• 1 x King size bed with bedroom bath and ensuite toilet (1st floor)
• 1 x King size bed with ensuite shower (master)
• Twin room with 2 single beds
• 1 x king size bed
• Bathroom with bath and shower
• 2 showers, 2 baths, 3 toilets total
• Wi-Fi
• Lounge area with smart tv
• Large rear garden with fantastic views
• Open plan Kitchen/dining area
• Well-appointed kitchen with cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs for tea and coffee, glasses, pots & pans, chopping board and cooking essentials

Nearest Pub & Restaurant: The Royal Oak, Ruscombe Ln, Twyford, RG10 9JN - 5 min Drive
The nearest train station is at Twyford - 2 min drive.
There is space for 4 cars outside the lodge.
The nearest supermarket is Waitrose in Twyford on the London Road
Getting Around:
Traveling to Twyford from South Lodge at Stanlake Park is quick and convenient. By car, it takes about 5 minutes to reach the village centre, while on foot, it's a pleasant 20-minute walk. The route is straightforward, making it easy to access local shops, restaurants, and the train station.
Other Things to Note:
Please ensure any outdoor furniture is taken indoors overnight or during bad weather.
There is a wedding venue in close proximity, whilst it is unlikely that you will hear any music from the venue it is possible.
If you would like to book a Wine tour - please get in touch with Stanlake Park to arrange and let them know you are staying at the lodge.
The TV is currently only connected to the internet and not an aerial.
There is no door to the bedroom upstairs, please take a look at the floor plan for clarity

Please note if you have booked directly, 50% of your payment will be taken by card automatically when you make your booking online, the remaining 50% will be collected automatically, 5 days before your check in date.
