「The Motel was obviously designed for travelers who only stay one night. There were no accommodations for storing clothes in the room. We stayed for five nights and had to keep our packing cubes on the bench. It would be nice if there was a chest of drawers or something to accommodate long-stay travelers. It doesn't have to be in all rooms, but there should be some to help with this.

「They recently had a Fire and Water leak. We were not notified that there wouldn’t be breakfast due to the damage. We chose this hotel for that reason. Notifications should have been sent to us so we could chose to change our reservation.」
