"The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off"

House was very clean and had lots of extra amenities like extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. There was a little mixup with arrival instructions but the owner responded quickly to messages. We also got a snow storm and he even came to shovel us out! Gotta love Buffalo weather!"
