Hotel was very clean and quiet when we arrived. Service was exceptional in every way. All expectations were met.

This location is reliable every time. Staff is great, as well as the work out room, breakfast and location…

The hosts were welcoming and very helpful with suggestions for dining, shopping and hiking. We very much enjoyed our stay.

I don’t have any complaints….breakfast was the best I’ve had.

Love this hotel. Room was nice. The casino was so fun and the pub had great food for dinner. I will be back!

Welcoming staff and comfortable stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Kendall Inn. The staff were very welcoming and their cooking was excellent. They even accommodated my gluten allergy at meals. Would highly recommend staying here!

Going to the Harraseeket Inn is like time traveling, but with the option of taking a smart phone and having the electricity to charge it. It's like that movie, "Somewhere in Time," like you've walked through a time portal by the power of hypnotic suggestion and an Expedia booking. But it is very much, at the same time, part of the present. They have a pool, and the restaurant is quintessentially the definition of a timeless Maine eatery. The afternoon tea is pleasant and steeped with charm. The...

We booked a stay at the James Place Inn based on reviews that we read on a few travel sites. I can't even begin to express how well-deserved each and every one of those reviews actually is! Robin and Tori are incredible hosts, pleasant, friendly, easy to talk to, and made us feel right at home before we even got there! We drove up from NYC on a Friday afternoon and hit more traffic than we anticipated, so we called ahead to let the staff know we'd be late. Tori answered the phone and told us...

Very cute B and B. Nice personal touches, snacks and extra amenities, toys for your pet, wonderful breakfast. Connie was very personable and knew alot about surrounding area. Within walking of lots of shops and restaurants. Perfect spot. Clean, would stay again.

This property had everything I want in a hotel. A pool, restaurant and a bar. I just wish the bar opened before 5 PM. Otherwise it was very relaxing.

This was a wonderful first experience with a B & B. The hosts were amazing. The breakfast was FANTASTIC. The house fun and quirky. These guys know how to decorate for a holiday.... Halloween in our case.

The staff were excellent as was the accommodations such as the indoor heated pool and the breakfast. My wife and I were above all, very blessed to be able to have our "puppy-dog," with us!

This property is beautiful. It sits in the historic area of the old port. It is very close to the waterfront, restaurants, shops and historic areas. The mattress and sheets were superb. While in the old port, we took a trolley tour which took us out to Portland headlight and then gave us a tour of of the old port. You can catch fairies from about two or three minutes walk away, we would strongly recommend this hotel.

very friendly staff. Room was clean, comfortable and big. Valet was expensive ($40/night) I think the valet may have caused a small dent in the drive car door (brand new car, 5 miles on it)

Great, clean, spacious rooms. Beautiful design. Really good breakfast
