"Belle Maison, bien situé avec beaucoup d'espace."

"Very well equipped, clean cottage. We received a warm welcome from the owners and a comprehensive introduction to the property. Due to the unseasonably bad weather whilst we were there, we were unable to make best use of the facilities but there were plenty of them, including a heated pool. The only criticism was that the chairs in the living room were not very comfortable but I imagine guests would normally spend their time outside where there is plenty of garden furniture."

"We were in Champlitte for a week at the end of August 2023. The welcome at the accommodation was very friendly. Everything was very well prepared. We received all the necessary explanations and supplementary information for our stay. The accommodation is very spacious. "Patrick is a very welcoming host but the inside of the property is looking tired and in need of a major declutter, redecoration and a deep clean. The outside space and pool are great. The bedding and towels provided were well used and did not inspire confidence in their cleanliness. At the end of our stay we were asked to pay cash for the linen even though we had prepaid for this via Novasol. This dispute meant our departure was more stressful than necessary."

"En tant que groupe d'amis, nous avons passé le réveillon du Nouvel An dans cette jolie maison et nous nous y sommes sentis très à l'aise. "The room was small. Bathroom was very compact and had a drainage smell. The bathroom door handle was loose causing a problem getting in and out. The air con was great but when switched off it would rattle intermittently which meant we had an awful night’s sleep. Main door to first floor squeaked causing more disturbance through the night. "
