連休中に思い立ち、一泊二日の一人旅に立ち寄った。　目的は、ビーチでのんびりすることと、隣のWaldorf Astoriaで寿司を食べること。　その目的は充分に果たせた。　ヴィラに宿泊したが、一番お手頃な部屋を選んだためか、建物も内装も古いことは否めない。　コンセントの数も少なく、不便だった。　家族連れで広めな部屋を選ぶと楽しいだろうなと思った。

レジャーに最適
年末から年始にかけ小学生の娘を連れ遊びにいきました。クリスマスのディスプレイがとても可愛く、また大晦日のディナーパーティーも盛大で宿泊者を楽しませてくれました。モール内のスーパーマーケットまで徒歩でいけたので便利でした。テニスコートの近くにミニゴルフコーースがあり小さな子供を連れたご家族が利用していました。セグウェイ３０分１００Dhsでも楽しみました。ルームサービスでピザとサンドイッチを注文してみました。ボリュームがあり味もよく価格がリーズナブルに感じました。

All-inclusive package is everything but
2 nights on the all inclusive package had us completely sick of the same buffet each day. Very little changed from meal to meal, drinks are extremely limited and snacks are not available between meals. For an all inclusive stay - THIS IS NOT A GOOD OPTION.

Schöne Hotelanlage mit gepflegten Garten. Strand schön und das Hotel liegt am einer schönen Bucht. Leider ist die Verpflegung nicht wirklich Hilton Standard. Einfallslos und lieblos. Frühstücksbuffet ist gut! Personal (ausser an der Reception) spricht schlecht bis kaum Englisch.

Property was nice and the rooms were large! Restaurant and shisha lounge were good. Be careful of their payment system which may charge you multiple times after you have paid for your accommodations.

Stor resort med jättebra personal
Bra hotell som har det mesta. Jättetrevlig personal med hög servicenivå. Fina poolområden och en jättefin strand som var nästan helt öde. Vi hade All Inclusive då vi bara var där 3 dagar, men det skulle man lätt kunna skippa och gå och käka middag på de matställen som fanns i köpcentrumet. Gångavstånd till ett köpcentrum (Al Hamra Mall) som hade bra med matställen och en hel del andra affärer som man kunde göra lite fynd i. På - sidan hör väl att det börjar bli rätt så slitet på rummen. Dock är det rent överallt, men en liten uppfräschning skulle man nog tjäna på.

Hilton hamra beach resort stay jan 2020
We were very excited all family to have this much awaited short break. However hotel requested for entry IDs for all family and i had to drive back my home 2.5hrs drive to get ID cards (though i had presented my ID card and shown them softcopy of family IDs) which caused some issues and wasted few hours. Alsahamal restaurant dinner was 5/10. Breakfast was 7/10. Overall stay was 7/10.

Good location with nice view but need to improve
On our first day we could not get towels. We asked many times between 3 pm to 5 pmbut the answer was they do not have any clean towels. We reported the incident to the management who promised to deliver the towels to our rooms and they did that on the following days. The buffet was good in breakfast and bbq dinner. However, the italian dinner was not good at all. Limited choices with long line to get pasta.

Must go back
two families went together. We realized there were double room which were connected by a door. I requested if two family could be next to each other. It was too late. We will definitely go back and book two rooms next to each other. Quiet and all the staffs were extremely friendly. Hot water had some problem but it was solved soon. Floors were too dirty I wiped twice, but socks got dirty. I stayed on second floor. First floor had smoker which was very unpleasant. Nice breakfast. Wish there were noodles for the menu.

Room was a good size, resort facilities were good. Staff were very helpful (especially Veronika). Check-in could have been faster but it was extremely busy when we arrived. Food was slightly disappointing - lacked variety and a touch bland. Not bad but we expected better.

в целом об отеле впечатление положительное. замечательный огромный пляж, не много людей, питание вполне себе хорошее (не очень разнообразное, но и с голоду не умрете). На 5* отель не тянет, как минимум из-за состояния номерного фонда. может конечно, только нам так не повезло...ковер в номере весь в пятнах, кресла тоже, полотенца застиранные, у халатов оторваны карманы.. Персонал отзывчивый, вопросов при проживании не возникало.

Perfect vacation!
Amazing staff - extremly service-minded and hard-working. Everyone wants you to be happy and comfortable. A special thank you to our room maid/ housekeeper Hemahta and the staff of the Mai tai-lounge. Very good breakfast in the Malin restaurant, drinks and dinner at Traders Vics Mai tai lounge. Food in le chalet (beach bar) was ok. The hotels location is perfect - close to golf-court, various restaurants and Al Hamra Mall. The beach was so beautiful - and nerver crowded. Our room was huge and nicely decorated. We will surely return to this paradise.

The location is sensational! We played golf @ Al Hamra on Wednesday evening under the lights, and played golf again on Thursday. Ate at Trader Vic's which was sensational! We had a garden view room which was quiet and very cozy. I have stayed here before and I will most definitely stay here again!

Отдых с детьми
Отдыхали вдвоем с ребенком 6-ти лет. Бронировали номер с видом на сад и wi-fi, полупансион, 8 дней. Прилетели рано утром, в отеле были уже около 9.00, регистрация прошла быстра, но номер ждали где-то часа три. Это время мы провели на пляже и прогуливаясь по территории отеля. Территория большая, много растений, все цветет, птицы поют, даже бегают котики, очень приятно. Пляж огромный, лежаков много, так же как и у небольшого бассейна, бесплатные полотенца. Номер был в вилле на 2-м этаже: 2-е большие кровати, телевизор, мини холодильник, гладильная доска и утюг, халаты, много полотенец, чайник, огромный балкон. Номер шикарный, но омрачил ковер с большими пятнами грязи и абажуры с огромным слоем пыли, не приятно. Питание на любой вкус и взрослому и ребенку, даже каша на молоке и мороженное. В отеле есть русскоговорящий администратор, был момент когда нам нужно было попасть в госпиталь: отвезли, помогли с переводом и отвезли обратно )). Спасибо огромное. Прием в госпитале и лекарства (каламин, противоаллергическое, сироп от температуры и крем от сухости) обошлись в 255 дирх. В 10-15 мин ходьбы от отеля есть торговый центр Аль хамра молл (продукты, одежда, обувь, игрушки, аптеки, фудкор, с торца магазина можно приобрести спиртное). Если на такси то 7-8 дирхам, и таксисты не всегда дают сдачу с 10 дирх. Трансфер заказывали в Emirates, у них дешевле. В целом Отель понравился и отдых был хороший.

Hotel conveniently located. Nice room, very friendly and service-minded staff, but quite expensive food and drink on the premises.
