Great neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The pool table was a hit with my 18 and 11 year old sons. We liked seeing the deer outside the door and all over the neighborhood. We took advantage of the community pool and basketball. The property provided everthing we needed and was very quiet and clean.

The Perfect Stop

Second day of our trip out west. Was such a good stop. Park available down the street for my 3 year old. We had a family of deer that greeted us upon arrival. Views were great. Would definitely stay again. So much to explore in the area we didn’t get to.

Perfect location for our family South Dakota Trip!

My husband, daughter, dog and I loved it here! Beautiful back drop of the Black Hills. Convenient location for the tourists attractions, MT Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Deadwood, Custer State Park. Ryan was so friendly and communicated quickly if we needed anything. The neighborhood pool was perfect to cool off in when we got back. We would highly recommend staying here.

Spacious and roomy, great place, would stay again…might be a little hard to cook all of your meals there because the cooktop/oven are countertop units but would be doable. Great communication, comfy beds, nice shower…would definitely stay again. We saw 9 deer when we entered the subdivision and those same deer walked right by our patio door the next morning.

We really enjoyed the stay at the house. So cool to see wild geese and deer walk thru the back yard. There were a lot of snacks in the house too , thnks a Iot. I lost all the pool games but won all the dart games. Thank you for a very pleasant time.

Perfect Space

It was just as advertised, accommodating kitchen / bathroom / entertainment. We loved the pool table and the electronic darts board that had a 'heckler' button. The couches were incredibly comfortable, and the view was fantastic. We watched deer come within 15 feet of the house, wild turkeys came through the yard, and the blackhills view did not disappoint. The air smells sweeter with those pine trees all around. We will gladly use this again. Fantastic experience.

Big Sky to Detroit Pit Stop

My husband, our 2 pups, & I stayed one night on our way home to Michigan from our honeymoon in Montana. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see the view because we got in after dark & left early to catch the sunrise over the bad lands, but we had a great time playing pool! We didn't realize the unit is connected to the owner's house when we booked, but we had a separate entrance, it's completely private & we didn't the hear any noise from upstairs.
