It features a spacious living room with integrated kitchen and access to a beautiful terrace 🌿, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
One double bedroom, one with bunk beds, a modern bathroom 🚿, air conditioning ❄️, and private parking (height 1.90 m - width 2.10 m).

Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND AUTONOMOUS CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive in full freedom, without constraints.
🔑 Check-in & Check-out
• 🕒 Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00 AM

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 15:00): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORT
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, there are no food items in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN?
• We offer a cot and high chair on request for children from 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €1.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
