We really enjoyed our stay - the Farmhouse provided plenty of room for all 9 of us very comfortably.Communication and check-in were all very easy and the very clean property was very much like you see in the photos.Also, when we fired up the community fire pit and invited the neighbors to join we even met a family we had seen earlier at Small's Falls.Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect charming farmhouse for a big group. 5 generous bedrooms. Multiple common spaces to spread out in. Very warm. Everything we needed. Not overdone; retains much original charm. Right on the lake and a short drive to skiing. We had a great time

Charming old farm house with lots of character and lake access with a shared dock. Easily accommodates a large family. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The house is actually closer to the road than the lake and the beautiful porch pictured faces the road or the driveway, not the lake. It is an easy 2 minute walk to the shared dock space. The host addressed issues we had with the Wi-Fi using texting through the VRBO app. We enjoyed evenings at home playing pool, cards or building puzzles. Beautiful sunsets with a short drive to Quill Hill and other lookouts.
