For the staff there was kindness. Just sleep in the room, the toilet and shower will be shared. There are supermarkets, restaurants and gas stations opposite the hotel, which is convenient. However, because there is nothing in the hotel, I will spare time.

アイスランド南部観光の拠点のホテル

リングロード一号線沿いに位置し、ドライブ旅行に利用には最適。ホットバス、サウナも完備し設備も良い。ホテルスタッフもことのほか親切で楽しく滞在できた。

HOT TAB のある、シンプルなホテル

スーペリアダブルでの宿泊でしたが、無駄なものはなく、シンプル＆清潔な部屋で過ごしやすかったです。wifiもよく通じました。少しシャワーは使いづらいですが、毎回水を専用の道具ではけさせればすぐ乾くので問題はないです。 Hot Tabは快適でした。やはり日本人には緩いですが整備されていて気持ちよく入れました☆ ホテルについているレストランも比較的美味しかったですが2日目は食べ疲れてカップヌードルを買って部屋でお湯を沸かして食べました。忘れ物をした時もホテルにメールして、スムーズに受け取りができました。

The basic rooms are just that very basic with a minimum of conveniences. . At that price, I would have expected either a larger room or room was even a towel rack in the bathroom to hold towels. Small things like that make all the difference.

Hotel was nice. We stayed in one of the 2 BR apartments with our own private hot tub. Plenty of space, lots of privacy. Staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. Restaurant has a good selection. We chose Hella bc of its location between Reykjavik and Vik, where we had some excursions planned. There isn’t a ton to do in Hella but it was a great location for our purposes.

Might make a good base of operations for ranging out in the area, but that would also include food. Literally not much to do there.

This hotel was perfect - we stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The food choices were great - we ate in the Bistro for dinner and enjoyed the buffet breakfast (which was included in the room rate). The hotel was clean and had all the necessary amenities & the staff was very friendly!

highly recommended

This is a very good hotel, both in terms of geographical environment and hotel facilities. They are all impeccable, especially since it has two hot pools and two saunas. If it is an apartment, it also has a private hot pool. Bathrobes are also provided in the room. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was also very rich and delicious. Since I was a premium member, I got two free drinks in each room. It is highly recommended. For dinner, the hotel also provides catering. If you need another option, you can have dinner at a restaurant near the hotel. If you don't want to go out, you can just enjoy it directly at the hotel.

Overall, great overnight stay in Hella. Good varied breakfast included. Small but comfortable room. We did see the northern lights, and loved that the hotel had a northern lights passage you could scope them out from. Apparently you can get on a call list to get the notification if the lights are seen but we used an app. Hot tubs were lukewarm which was disappointing.

Hotel with hot tub and spa

Hotel was great. We had breakfast included and it was quiet a spread. Loved the hot tub and spa. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Bon établissement très agréable

Bon hôtel avec un excellent petit déjeuner, un bar et un restaurant agréables. Les chambres sont bien équipées et la literie de bonne qualité aussi. Seul regret les jacuzzi extérieur pas très chauds et le seul sauna ouvert ne fonctionnait pas beaucoup non plus donc chaleur très limitée. Sinon service impeccable

No primeiro momento a recepcionista não pareceu simpática, mas meu marido passou mal e tivemos ajuda, chamaram uma ambulância e foram atenciosos. O quarto é confortável e limpo, só não gostei da textura da capa do edredom e das fronhas. O café da manhã é bem variado.

Great place to stay in between Reykjavik and Vik. Ask to be put on the lights list and they will call you if someone reports seeing lights at night. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

Good hotel in Hella. Basic rooms but has some perks such as sauna, jacuzzis, restaurant and shop. Don't forget to ask for the Aurora wake up call!

Point positif : l’hôtel est propre et bien situé au bord de la route numéro 1. Ensuite, les murs des chambres sont si fins qu’on partage l’intimité des voisins et au petit déjeuner les tables sont ultra serrées. Nous avons dû slalomer entre les membres des voyages organisés qui vidaient tous les plats de viennoiseries et qui bouchonnaient autour du grille-pain… une horreur.
