"Check in was quick & easy, associate was friendly and I was able to get into room early. Spacious, clean room with mini fridge & microwave which is a plus. Breakfast is basic fare, waffles, cereal, yogurt, eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins etc. and was well stocked. Ample free parking. Only negative was that I had issues twice with keys not working and had to go back down to front desk for new ones which was a bit inconvenient. Was told “they have a problem” with the keys which didn’t make sense as I had stayed there two weeks prior and had no issues. Also, the associate, said the room number out loud, whilst other people were around- which is something that never should happen. I think perhaps he was new and probably didn’t have enough experience (he was very polite though). Great location, near shopping, restaurants etc. Would definitely stay again."

"Kitchen counters were dirty, A/C didn't work/ blew hot air, showerhead & handle had a lot of calcium buildup, staff was everything but helpful, never gave us spare towels, druggies EVERYWHERE, the front desk was practically non-existent. We asked to switch rooms as soon as we noticed the ac didn't work, and the front desk told us basically that we were screwed, we booked online, so he couldn't move us for some reason? Overall 2/10 stay Would not stay here again I was miserable both days in my room"

"Laundry in room was nice. Road and airport very noisy. View of busy road and parking lot was not expected. Pool was great. Staff friendly. "
