「Nice and clean place! 」

「Historic property. Super clean. New linens. Everything functional and maintained. Owner made arrangements for my late check in. Kind folks. Check em out. 」

「This is not a new property but newly renovated - it is beautiful - my room was great - the courtyard has a pool and an outdoor restaurant area. The restaurant was great as well - great service and delicious food. Nice patio. All in all it is really great - Staff was great but the morning person at the registration desk was surprisingly grumpy both times i had to go ask a question - I left very early and the night person and security staff were kind, and very helpful. I'll go back for sure!!」

「There is only a microwave at the front desk The previous guest's sanitary napkin was under the pillow, When is the trick to stop the shower valve Toilet bowl not fixed properly It is noisy because there are customers who raise their voices in the corridor It's noisy because you can hear the sound from the next room There is no hair dryer　 no loan」

「So the buffet breakfast was great.The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice.The only problem was that the hot tub was not operational and the whole reason we chose that hotel was for the hot tub.」

「The staff was friendly and accommodating. Long travel and time change, we were late to bfast. The lady in the kitchen was kind, kept the bfast buffet open a little longer just for us. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. 」

「少しまわりの部屋の音が響きました。大通り沿いなのでやや車の音も気になりました。近くにスーパーやモールがあったので便利でした。」

「空港までの送迎サービスをして欲しいと思います。エアラインのクルー達しかシャトルバスサービスは、やっていないと言われたのでシェラトンなのにやってないの？と感じました 他の国のシェラトンホテルでは、当たり前のシャトルバスサービスなのに残念でした」

「Spent time in the pool. there is a lot of dirt and debris floating around. I feel like they need to have a daily up keep on the pool especially if the pool water from out side gets inside there was just to much dead insects as well. pool needs daily maintenance. regardless 」

「The room was clean, but neither of the two tvs worked. We called the front desk and were told to try the connection. That was unhelpful. The ac was inefficient and we had to open the sliding door until late to cool things off. One hand towel and two bath towels. Called to get WiFi pw but didn’t get an answer. Feel we are entitled to a discounted rate. Breakfast was fine. 」

「This place far exceeded expectations. Loved it. Even decided to stay an extra day in Albuquerque. It was 48 hours of comfort. And slept very well in the beds. The staff was exceptionally kind and friendly. 」

「This was terrible! I booked the banana suite. When I checked in all good went to my room and it wasn’t the suite I booked. There was hair on the floor and not clean, I asked why they put me the room. They why I booked wasn’t available. I brought food and drinks to heat up and cook. Had the food spoil, when asked why didn’t notify she said that was Expedia they had to. I asked to speak to the manager nothing. Overall even I had gotten the suit the hotel looked ran down noisy and not clean. 」
