"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "Preis/Leistung passte für uns nicht. Das Bett war mit 140 cm auf Dauer zu schmal für zwei Personen. Der Straßenlärm hat uns gestört. Anderseits fanden wir die Aussicht schön und die kurzen Wege zu großartigen Fischrestaurants. Die Landschaft und die Städte rund um Isla sind für Entdeckungstouren sehr interessant und empfehlenswert. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! "

"We had a lovely stay in the apartment, which is located on the edge of Isla, but well in walking distance of the center and beaches. We enjoyed having breakfast in the small garden as well as dinner- we used the bbq several times. Tuve que pedir trapos de cocina porque no había y los trajeron rápido. Ventanas sin mosquiteras. Tanto mis hijas como nosotros no hemos descansado bien porque los colchones son mediocres. "La casa esta fantastica, bien equipada y lo pasamos genial, una pena el tiempo. Temas a mejorar: Pedimos 2 cunas, pero la segunda cuna era mas un parque infantil que cuna (el niño no dormia ahi). Otro tema a mejorar es que en la habitacion de la cama de matrimonio y 2 camas individuales, hay una gotera pegada a la pared de la cama que da al pasillo (tambien tuvimos que moverla). Por ultimo diria que el tema de la calefaccion, aunque nos habian avisado, no es muy comun y es un poco incomodo...
