Summary:
Welcome to your home away from home! This large and upscale townhome is walking distance to Fenton, enjoy shopping and dining just steps from the back door. Inside you will feel the relaxing energy that this home was carefully decorated with.

The Space:
The upstairs master bedroom features a kingsized bed with dream cloud mattress, right off of the master bedroom is the master bath with tub shower. Additional two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds and another full bathroom. The home has an additional two half baths, one on each floor. On the main floor you will enjoy relaxing with a book in the living room complete with a huge picture window bringing in tons of natural light. This room is perfect for those looking to work from home with a desk space and high speed fiber wireless internet. Our newly updated kitchen with granite countertops has all of the essentials you could need for preparing meals at home. Have your meals in the dining room with seating space for 8 while you enjoy the beautiful view and privacy of the wooded backyard. The basement is equipped with a movie room boasting a 65 in smart TV. This space also has a pull out sofa, pool table and mini bar. Guests are sure to enjoy this comfortable and accommodating space!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to entire home with the exception of owner's closet that will remained locked.

Getting Around:
Walk through your backyard and find Fenton Shopping center with movie theater, tons of shopping and lots of high scale restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
We do allow up to two dogs with a $100 pet fee.

Interaction with Guests:
Host will give guests privacy during their stay but be available by phone or messaging as needed.

Very Nice w/ Everything we Needed
We had a nice stay here while my daughter attended gymnastics camp at NC State. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. My teens loved the pool table. We also had a chance to use the swimming pool in the evenings and it was nice as well. The house had everything we needed and the host checked in with us via email to make sure all of our questions were answered.

Girls trip
We had a girls trip just to relax and this home fit us well. The kitchen was well stocked, however we did not cook so we did not take advantage of the supplies. The beds were comfortable. The patio furniture had not been uncovered for the season yet. We took one cover off and the furniture was dirty. And covered with spider webs. It was hot outside so we just covered the furniture back up and went back inside. The floors were swept clean, but in need of a good scrubbing. You could tell the homeowner puts forth effort to make for a good stay. It is a nice area and close to shopping and restaurants.

Welcoming, comfortable, and very clean townhome.
Beautiful, clean townhome in Cary, North Carolina. It met our expectations, and was the perfect place for our stay. Close to restaurants, shopping, and anything you may want to do in between. The townhome was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We stay in VRBO properties often, and this is one we would definitely rebook!

One of the best
We stay in a lot of rentals due to traveling for events. My husband and I both thought this was one of our best choices thus far. The location was great, the place was nice and in a safe place and had everything we needed. We hope to come back soon.

Great, stay in Cary
Everything about the property was exactly what it showed online and more! The house was extremely clean and kitchen full of all kinds of amenities! Check in process was easy. Check out easy. Very close to restaurants, shopping, grocery. The bed that we slept in, the king, was extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were super clean And towels were nice and thick! Even spoke with a few neighbors on our way in and out and they were super nice . This will definitely be a stop for us when we come back through the Cary area. .

Comfortable and well equipped home
We were in Cary to spend Thanksgiving with family. We chose this place due to the close proximity to everything!! It’s a great place. The kitchen was well equipped with just about anything you would need. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Master did not include a tv which was kind of missed but it wouldn’t be deal breaker if we were to come back. Would definitely stay here again.

My trip
Lovely place, much more house than we needed. Well appointed and beautifully finished. Our host was great. My only critiques would be lack of a tv in the master and the pool table/ping pong table doesn't match the high quality of everything else in the house

Nice Place - Excellent Experience
We had a very nice stay over the course of 5 days. We weren't there a ton, but we enjoyed the time we were there. Very clean. Nice area. Great restaurants close by.

Great townhouse for family and pet
We were in Cary for a family celebration and brought our dog. The townhouse was very comfortable with everything we needed as well as a fenced in yard and great neighborhood for walks, it is very well located near everything. The hosts were very accessible and helpful when we arrived. We had a little confusion due to numerous lockboxes, but were in within 5 minutes due to their immediate response. We will look to stay again on our next trip to Cary
