The house itself was very cute and cozy. The property was great for a weekend girls’ getaway. The neighborhood was one I wouldn’t choose to stay in again, but the house was welcoming. After booking a property with an 11:00 check out time, we were told we had to be out by 10:00, or pay 25 more to stay until 11:00. We opted to cut our time short since the property was already a bit pricey.One of the comforters had several spots/stains that didn’t appear to have been washed at all. We just didn’t use it. There were also several plates that were completely covered in food that we pulled straight from the cabinet. During our stay, the host messaged to make sure we were settled in ok, but was less helpful when I presented concerns.Bottom line: cute/cozy house with amenities, not very clean. Would not stay again.

Stayed one night with my wife and five children on the way to the beach.Property was perfect for us. There was plenty to do and see nearby. Im not sure about the additional app they want you to use, but overall the owners were easy to work with.

Great Outdoors!

We rented this home for the backyard space while we were in town for our daughter’s graduation. It was very convenient to NCSU and all of the other things we wanted to do. While the area was more transitional than other areas of Raleigh we’ve stayed in, the neighborhood was very quiet with lots of trees and big lots. We had a few small issues at the outset, but Liz was very responsive and took care of them quickly.

There was another guest inside

I never received the code to get in. I contacted the host upon arrival and she gave me the code to get. Upon entry, my family and I realized there was someone else staying there. I contacted the host and VRBO and they issued me a full refund minus the insurance that will take 5-7 days. So many things could have gone wrong if the other guest had a weapon. I don’t recommend anyone staying at this property or any other property the host owns or manages. The whole situation was very unprofessional! Instances like this give VRBO a bad reputation!

Well-appointed home w/ accommodating host...

I drug my family along for a few days while in town for business. It's a very clean, well-appointed home. The location was convenient as far as access to the interstate, downtown, parks, etc. Cute backyard w/ outdoor shower. Very responsive, accommodating host. Would stay again when back in the area.
