Beautiful floors, granite countertops, and fully stocked kitchen. This 3 bedroom property has 2 Queen beds, with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Washer and Dryer in the unit, and dogs are welcome. Maximum of 2 cars allowed.

Durham is coming back to life. When we moved here 20 years ago, a major restoration was underway. Old tobacco warehouses were being remodeled into incredible restaurants, shopping centers and loft apartments. This neighborhood has that same charm. It's a beautiful blend of older homes with character and newly renovated. That's what we love. You will find wonderful neighbors of various ages and races.

You will love being this close to Downtown Durham! If headed to DPAC, the Durham Bulls stadium, or Duke University, they're only a short Uber ride away.

Saved the weekend!
I am a single mom and booked a stay to take my kids to comicon in Raleigh. The booking I made had to cancel so I found this one and was not disappointed. There are 4 adorable little houses here, seemingly pretty new, the appliances were nice and everything needed was there. The host was extremely thorough in communication and helpfulness which made it so easy to come and enjoy the stay. There are restaurants and stores not far away but the street and neighborhood these properties are on is very quiet and the beds are so comfortable! I would definitely recommend and will be booking again
