Great house great location. It was approximately 20 min to every thing we wanted to do. Great restaurant with in a reasonable distance to the house. Beds and pillows were better than most . Would stay again. Thanks for the memories

The rental was updated and clean. Perhaps consider a couch with a pull out bed. Our experience was very good and would use it again and recommend it to others.

I booked this property for my family and I so we may attend a wedding in Raleigh. It exceeded our expectations! This spacious and charming house had a modern yet a cozy-cottage feel, exactly as pictured. The cherry on top was every essential was included and may be found within the home. Also, being within no more than 10 minutes to popular areas. The host was also just a message away along with very nice welcoming neighbors. I look forward to staying here again during my next trip to Raleigh!

Location was good for our needs, with many restaurants and grocery stores close by. It had decently comfortable beds and nice pillows. However, the house was perpetually damp - I am unsure if this was due to the excessive rain during our stay or what, but the house really needs some dehumidifiers to help with the dampness. There was literal condensation on tables and floors. Our bedding and clothes felt damp. The artificial scent things were overwhelming - I had to place one in the closet and the other outside since it was so strong. We never could locate whatever was giving the cedar scent. There were not enough seats in the living room for 4 people to watch tv - we had to bring in a kitchen table chair. The couch and chair in the living room were very uncomfortable. There were 3 separate controls for the TV but no instructions on how any of them worked to utilize them, or what apps were available for use. There needs to some sort of information about the layout of the lights as we struggled to figure out where all the kitchen lights were, or how they worked. The motion detection garage light was frustrating as it wouldn't stay on as I was trying to unload my van. A physical paper that explains all of these things (lights, tv, air conditioning) would be really helpful, or at least given the info when booking the place so you're able to find it out while there. We did make it work, but these things would make the next stay better overall.
