Staff was very courteous and helpful. Everything seemed clean and neat. Laundry room was clean and easy to use. Breakfast items were good. A $100 safety/security deposit was required but it was explained well. I would stay here again when I return to Raleigh.

At check-in, Jada was amazing. The room was great all together. Not really a breakfast, just continental. The only issue was the toilet kept running if the handle was not shaken after use.

The check in was great they upgraded our room at no extra change.was a little disappointed with breakfast. Check out was another story,had to find someone to check us out,than they gave us a hard time when we asked for a receipt.

Not bad overall.

Water pressure was terrible and there weren't any pots or pans in the room. We didn't have a blanket but the staff up front got us one as soon as we notified them. I've been to many hotels over the years. This one is not bad over all and the staff is amazing. A great staff can make up for most shortfalls. The area many great places to dine close by. Costco, Trader Joe's and Wegman's are within a few blocks.

This establishments only saving grace is the extremely nice and accommodating front desk staff. It looked as though it hasn’t been cleaned in a while and there was a roach in the room. There was hair in the bathtub and the toilet.

Disgusting and loud and uncomfortable

We were on our way to GA and booked this hotel to hopefully get a clean and quiet place to stay to rest. we arrived late in the evening for check in and within in an hour I was requesting for a new room after noticing the sheets were not changed. Sofa bed Mattress was disgusting as pictured. Unit above us made so much noise all night up until 3am in the morning.

Here's my review

The stay itself was fine. The service could have been way better. The hotel is old. Old furniture, loose ceiling paint and cracks in just about everything. Also, a $200 security deposit was not mentioned on the website, but taken at check in. When I checked out, the rude host told me that they had to check my room for damages before I was credited back my $200. As old as that hotel is, there is very little damage that anyone could do. The bed was comfortable and it smelled nice inside the room. There was smoking in the building even though its a non smoking building. They need to close this one and remodel as there is another one literally, right behind this one.

The room was clean, but some of the furniture needs to be replaced. It needs to be updated. The whole building smelled like cigarette smoke. Which I am highly allergic to. The other guest were very loud and their children were running around most of the night. The neighborhood is really nice.
