I have stayed at Extended Stay a few times in different cities but this particular area was less than desirable. I felt very uncomfortable with the surroundings and didn’t sleep much due to discomfort of facility. I would not stay here again but also would not disregard other locations based on 1 undesirable egg

Worst place I've ever tried to stay at. I waited an hour and a half for someone to come check me in. Then because I was a little aggravated they wouldn't check me in and wouldn't give me a refund

Right location - lack of service and any kitchen tools/coffee pot… ie didn’t have any! Very dirty walls & floor - fridge door - microwave - lack of service - no bed cover - will never return and looking for better alternative.

I got off the road around 12am. Stopped to get food and to stretch my legs. Arrived at the room for check in to get some rest and there was no one on site to get me into my room. Argued with Expedia customer service and couldn’t get a refund nor a good nights rest. The absolute worst!

I arrived at 9:20pm and there was no one at the property to check me in. The note on the door said that they are open to 10 pm. I called the service number but they were not able to provide another accommodation. I had to book another hotel.

My first bad review, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!
Absolute WORST STAY OF MY ENTIRE EXISTENCE! With no exaggeration, and 40 years of traveling(well,25 years of personal bookings anyway)worst all around place IV ever encountered and let me be clear, IV NEVER LEFT A BAD REVIEW FOR ANYTHING,HOTEL MOTEL RETAIL TO RESTAURANTS, UNTIL NOW TO EXTEND JUST HOW HORRIBLE THESE PEOPLE ARE FROM THE MOMENT WE STEP IN, TO THE MOMENT OF CHECKING OUT, THE WOMAN OR WIFE OF THE MANAGER HERE IS SIMPLY HORRIBLE TO EVERYONE NOT JUST MY FAMILY.. I.E TELLING MY DAUGHTER SHE "KNOWS BETTER THAN TO BRING HER CASH TO THE OFFICE AND HER MOTHER SHOULD BE ASHAMED" ...(daughter is 15 btw)... Even telling my 9 year old he was aggravating her as he sat on his father's truck playing with matchbox cars! That's just a couple examples but as far as the stay,if you don't ask for housekeeping, she'll not give you a second chance to get clean towels and honestly the ONLY good thing about this place was the housekeeping staff as they were very kind and apologetic for their boss as they shouldn't have been . Needless to say, I would and won't EVER recommend this hole to anyone!

Staff was incredibly kind. We booked a last minute stay because my mom was in UNC hospital. The staff at 11pm was kind, professional, quick and even said he'd be praying for my mom's recovery. Wish I'd gotten his name... 10/10 would stay again.

Don't stay at this place
The place was old and in disrepair. Our room stunk of cigarette smoke, the bed even made our P.J.s smell like we're smokers. The carpet was old, worn, stained, disgusting. The appearance of bedding and towels appeared clean, But noisy Freeway and neighbors voice came through until after midnight.

Avoid this place truly disgusting!
This place is run down, creepy looking people hanging out in the halls and smoking weed. Kitchen and bathroom sink had stains, kitchen cabinet was broken, the toilet was hard to flush and the room smelled of old smoke. I am a non smoker and could not tolerate the smell. We came to the area for an full scholarship interview my daughter had the next day. She refused to stay there. We literally walked in and walked back out. I told the front desk person about the conditions, he didn't offer to give my money back only said he would tell the manager. I spent more money at another hotel for a great clean, smoke free, craziless rest and my daughter was able to sleep well and perfrom great on her interview. Avoid this place by any means necessary.

It was a perfectly acceptable level of cleanliness, safety and convenience for the price (one of the lowest in the area). I did not (and no one should) expect more than that.

It was very filthy, Lots of noise, I forget they were doing some movingbif debris I guess I seen big wheel barrels with Trash on them black bags, My room was next to an irate obnoxious very drunk and drugged up man who was cursing the whole time. Cops had to be called because I reported him to the office I'm still waiting on my refund which was very necessary, for paid $170.22 and it wasn't worth $1.70. I'd never do that place again, Jesus

I didn't like that front desk clerk said my room number of out loud for all to hear. I asked to assign me another room. She said she didn't know how to explain where room was located without saying room number. She didn't say where elevators, laundry, wifi login, nothing. Very poor customer service.

Terrible Experience
It was tough to figure out where lobby is although there is a clear sign of lobby at around 11.30 pm check-in. Lobby was locked with lights off. Have to call in to get in. Coming to the room, booked a non-smoking. Room smelled terrible with smoking smell all over the place. Floor is not cleaned with dust/debris all over. Toilet flush didn't work and shower is insanely slow. Bed at least seemed clean and plenty of linens. No shampoo except bath soap.
