Welcome to our oasis of tranquility, nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac. Our residence is one of three newly constructed homes standing side by side, each radiating modern charm. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a captivating two-tier floating garden above the living and dining space, which creates a symphony of serenity and awe.

The main level of our home houses a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with all the essentials you'll need to whip up a sumptuous feast for ten. Also located on this level is the Master Suite, a haven of comfort and style.

As you ascend to the second level, you'll find a loft area that's perfect for entertaining, two beautifully appointed bedrooms, and a second bathroom.

Crowning our home is a rooftop deck, offering seating for up to sixteen people – the perfect place for an evening under the stars. Each of our TVs comes equipped with Netflix and more, offering endless entertainment at your fingertips.

During these uncertain times, we are committed to ensuring your safety. We have implemented an extra deep cleaning process, meticulously sanitizing our home for your peace of mind.

-A pet fee of $250 applies should you wish to bring along your furry friend.
-Our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests for overnight stays. However, for gatherings or events, we allow a maximum occupancy of 16 guests.(Rollaway bed available upon request and will depend on availability)
-Please note, there is a $40 charge for each additional guest beyond the initial eight. This applies to all guests, even those who do not plan to stay overnight.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests, we have established the following house rules in accordance with Airbnb policies and procedures:
* Events are allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval and an additional event fee required. Any event held in the home without prior approval will result in forfeiture of the reservation cost, immediate eviction, and a $1000 fee.
* For your protection and ours, exterior cameras located around the exterior of the property and inside the basement and garage area(which is off limits). The camera may record audio and video during your stay.
* The owner reserves the right to verify the identity of all guests at their discretion. Only declared guests are allowed on the premises, and any unapproved guests or events will result in immediate eviction.
* All guests must be disclosed before arrival, and the first and last name of each guest must be added to the Airbnb reservation. Additional guests will not be allowed on the premises.
* Pets are welcome with a $250 pet fee paid before check-in.
* Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours.
* Any violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction with no refund given.

POOL Closed from 09/01/22-05/01/23 - Camera is facing pool area while in off season to secure the pool is not tampered with while closed. This camera has the ability to record audio and video. The camera will be relocated once the pool is open for your privacy.

If anyone opens the pool while in the off season without prior written approval this will be ground to have reservation terminated with out refund.

The basement and garage is off limits and will be locked. If anyone is caught in the basement or garage area this will be ground to have reservation terminated with out refund.
