Hello fellow traveller! Pack up the family and book your next stay at The Sable Forest Side, the most coveted condo in the area. From the moment you step through the door, you`ll be greeted by breathtaking, panoramic views of the mountains. Before unpacking, pour yourself a drink & take it all in from the comfort of your elegantly decorated, 5-star condo. Steps away from Radium`s best golf course (The Springs) and within walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores & parks for the kids.
P.S... if you need extra space, there`s another pet-friendly condo across the hall (the Sable Bright Side) that can add another 6 guests.
YOU`LL LOVE THE... - Two tastefully decorated bedrooms plus a den with 3 beds (1 king, 1 queen and 1 queen sofa bed.) - Private patio with outdoor seating, mountain/pool views and a BBQ (propane`s on us!) - Full kitchen and two bathrooms stocked with essentials - Access to the complex`s seasonal outdoor pool (open from May to September long weekend) and year-round hot tub.
LIVING ROOM The living room features a 43` smart TV that is Internet-enabled. You can log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish. Cozy up to the fireplace and watch a movie. The couch is a queen sofa bed if you need the extra sleeping space.
BEDROOMS Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room-darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

Included Consumables: - Coffee, tea and sugar - Salt and pepper - Ketchup, mustard, and relish - Dishwasher tabs - Paper towel.
PATIO Facing south, this patio is what would be considered the quiet side of the building. Here you will smell the trees and revel in the peace and calm. You will truly fall in love with the Valley from this patio. The propane grill will work great all year (and comes stocked!)
LAUNDRY There is a washer and dryer located in the closet of the common bathroom available for your use during your stay. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.
PARKING You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/OUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

Voted the friendliest place in Canada, Radium offers peace, beauty and adventure. You can hear birds singing with the softest echoes at all times of the day. There are 5 golf courses within a 15-minute drive. The world-famous Radium hot springs are only a 5-minute drive. If you want to recharge and relax, look no further!
You won`t need a car in this part of town to get to stores and shops. If you enjoy going for walks, then simply walk out the front door and you will fall in love with the area. If you want to go to the hot springs, then a car is definitely recommended.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: * You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. * You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. * You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 people.
3. Sable Ridge is a smoke-free complex. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If you are a smoker you are free to smoke just outside the parking lot. Any proof of smoking/vaping will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although one (1) pet under 40 lbs is permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please leave the underground parkade/pool/garage key(s) inside the unit where you found it. If not there will be a $150 replacement charge.
7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Condo was in a very quiet area, great view of mountains from the balcony. Very well stocked with extras such as soaps paper towel toilet paper & condiments in the fridge.
This unit was in a great location to access the hot springs, go for a hike and sightsee in Invermere and area. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Building was quiet. Pool and hot tub was a nice option. Beds were comfy, linens were great. We had a great stay!
Really enjoyed the layout. There were just two of us but it would be good for two couples. Good kitchen, laundry, and space to dry ski gear. The location is perfect off you are wanting to explore both sides of the valley. Undercover parking is a bonus.

Great place, Great location
The property is in a great location. It was really clean inside and out. Really easy to find. Our check in wasn't that great. Check in was at 3pm we showed up at almost 4 and the cleaners were still in there. Other than that it was a good stay.
Beautiful location and view. Clean and well kept apartment building, walking distance to Radium. Very quiet and relaxing location. Jarord (the host) was extremely helpful is solving a billing issue that had occurred before our check-in. Also, very helpful and prompt in any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Great Job Jarod! we will definitely book our future travels with Aisling Baile.

The property is exactly how the pictures show, Nicely decorated and has everything that you need. Great location too. There were a few differences from what the property said it had to what was actually there. It listed the condo as having smart TV's in both bedrooms. That isn't the case. The bedroom with the king bed had a TV but you could not change the channels. No Tv in the Master Suite. You could not turn the volume button up or down on the TV in the living room. Barley could hear it. We were not happy at all with the TV situation at all. We had to ignite the pilot light with the mangers help. Not a big deal but really shouldn't be up to us to do. Overall is was great but just wanted to mention these things.
Very family friendly, clean, comfortable beds. Not quite five star because of the teeny tiny waste basket in the kitchen (like bathroom sized) and was given the wrong door code to get into the building. Living space was well appointed but the sofa could be updated, looked a bit tired. Manager was very responsive. Overall enjoyed our stay.
First time staying at this Sable Ridge condo. Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and condo. Had all the amenities we needed and walking distance to everything (trails, restaurants, grocery stores and so much more. Check in and check out was so easy. Would definitely stay here again.
This is the second time we have stayed at this location and we enjoyed it once again.
