Loved it
We loved the hotel , Clean and very unique. Bathroom was new ,impeccable sheets and comfortable bed. Restaurant in site amazing . Strongly recommend.

The hotel it’s a great value centrally located. Their spa is not included and you have to pay a discounted rate for guests to enjoy the sauna etc. ( I think it should be included ) A small ( but pricey ) misunderstanding happened where they provided a card where you can taste wines from an automatic machine. The attendant said: “here is your card with $150 of credit to enjoy our wines” At check out we were charged for the wine we had. And they told us that it was not a credit but just a card to consume and to keep track of what you drink. Other than that a great option while staying in Tuscany.

Has potential
Slight Fawlty Towers like. Hotel is in a great location but sometimes you felt as if guests were an inconvenience. Limited eating options available in January. Bathroom was great. Bedroom was vast but dated. Would be great to have kettle/tea/coffee options in room. Spa is good but not immediately in hotel and not free to guests.

Great hotel great breakfast
It was a pleasant surprise to stay in this hotel. A touch of history with a beautiful landscape! Positive points: big room, big bathroom, great great shower, awesome breakfast, very comfortable bed. Negative points: stairs are the only option, so be prepared to carry your luggage or ask for help (but it’s ok since is a historical building), could have some items inside the room to make some coffee or tea. Overall, a great stay and surely will be back and stay again.

Gute Lage der Unterkunft. Leider war es der abendlichen Besetzung der Rezeption (trotz Nachfrage und kaum bestehendem Empfang des Mobilfunkanbieters) nicht möglich, eine Reservierung zu tätigen. p.s. Es war sonst an der Rezeption keine weitere "Kundschaft". Sonst war alles in Ordnung.

Fantastico. Wonderful little town of Radda. The underground cave pool with 45 min private time was inbeliveable. The views on a sides of town of the Tuscan countryside were amazing. 2 thumbs up.

This is a hotel in the Center of a medival town you feel transported to another era. The view from the room was spectacular.The breakfast was very good and yhey heated the pool for us. Which was amazing. The staff very friendly and accommodating. Love it! We will be back here for sure.

Una dimora storica ma perfettamente al passo coi t
L'unica cosa problematica è stata l'accesso all'hotel, che non è segnalato dalla circonvallazione sottostante, e deve avvenire per una strada sbarrata da una barriera mobile. Ho dovuto telefonare alla reception, che nel giro di pochi minuti ha aperto la barriera. La sosta dell'auto è comunque ammessa solo per lo scarico bagagli, il parcheggio libero dista circa 200 metri. Tutto il resto è stato di primissima qualità: camera molto ampia nel sottotetto (mancava solo il frigorifero, cosa davvero strana; e l'accesso avveniva solo per scale ripide in mancanza di ascensore);ottima qualità del cibo al ristorante, perfetta disponibilità del personale.
