"Spacious apartment. Good connections for excursions in the area of Baie de Somme. Right next to the old town of Abbeville for a coffee on the terras or a baguette from the local bakery. Indoors the résidence it is quite warm, probably why it is a retirement home. All-in-all recommended."

"We stayed here for a friend’s birthday who lives nearby. The facilities were excellent for our needs. The property is very well equipped, and has a great garden with outdoor equipment. The nearby railway line was no problem as there were only about 2 trains per hour. Would definitely recommend."

"Attractively decorated barn, very comfortable main bedroom, bedding less good in secondary bedrooms. Nice bathroom. Kitchen currently lacking practical equipment (pans, utensils, salad bowl...) but friendly owners seem open to improvement suggestions. Garden is pretty but lacks privacy - there is another rental property on the same site, so garden doubles as their access and parking ! Apparently the owners are looking at changing this. Located in a rustic farming hamlet, no shops or businesses...

The check in and check out was fluid considering the staff don’t speak much English. The area has nothing rally to do so you either need the car or the train to get out and do things. Elle a commis l'erreur en réservant ce gîte de se fier à l'indication "accessible" accompagnée du logo "handicap". La présence de deux douches avec wc dont une de plain pied l'a convaincue de la conformité du gîte aux normes du label. "Tres belle location, propre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût mais aucune mention sur l annonce de l escalier trop raide et aux petites marches c est un vrai danger pour petits et grands malgré la rampe branliquotante. "Such an unusual hotel. What a wonderfully warm welcome even though we arrived about an hour earlier than the advised check-in time. Beautifully clean rooms. Compact but everything you could possibly need. The only disappointment was the bar and restaurant beong closed on our visit (Monday). Apparently this is the case on Sundays and Mondays although that was not clearly advertised on the site I booked through. Would still highly recommend."

"Glad we chose here vs another local option, a great room overlooking the main square. Also glad we planned not to take in much luggage due to stairs that I find challenging, as these were more challenging than most. Our host helped with our luggage which was appreciated. Liked the town too."

Very good accommodation.

"This has become a regular stop over for us on our regular travels over to France. It is close to the tunnel and we'll located for the main roads in out and around Abbeville. The apartments we generally stay in have a kitchen/lounge/eating room, a separate bedroom and a separate bathroom. The kitchen area has the basic cooking equipment comprising rising a ring electric hob and a microwave. Utensiles, plates and cutlery are supplied but we have noticed that over time the number of pieces is declining. There are TVs in the lounge and bedroom. Also we have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. This suits us perfectly and we will continue to use it whilst we are travelling over to the south West of France."
