Good value for the money. People at the front desk were very helpful good location near restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately, it’s hard to get a hold of them asthey do not respond to emails nor do they answer their phone or WhatsApp.

the staff were very friendly, specifically Marwa. She was a sweetheart, she helped us with our room booking and made sure the misunderstanding was resolved. Her calm nature gave us a very good experience of the hotel. There was a misunderstanding in relation to the room booking but we were given an extra bed which made the experience a whole lot better. I would say that they need to make the explanation clear when stating how many people can stay in one room. Other than that no complaints.
