Luxurious Hamptons retreat. . Property is private and backs up to protected land. Home completely renovated. Fully stocked chefs kitchen. Viking Appliances, Quartz Countertops. Master suite has a King Bed, den/office an En suite marble spa bathroom double sink stand up shower spa jetted tub. Large double closets. Each of the other 3 bedrooms are pristine, bright and cheery. 2nd floor has a full size bathroom with tub.
The space
Exquisite and Pristine Home in the Hamptons. Cathedral Ceilings, Skylights in living room. A 65" TV for those cozy movie nights. Open Floor plan enters into the dining room & Fully Stocked Chefs Kitchen w/ Hi End Stainless Steel appliances.

Amenities includes: Luxurious Spa Like Master suite on first floor with a private den/office and an incredible en suite marble bathroom, double sink, a spa jetted tub and a separate stand up shower. A 20X40 pool is maintained by our pool service once a week only. Pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The truly spacious and well lit interior features, a huge living room with a 65” Smart TV and fireplace for maximum coziness. during those family movie nights. A formal dining area, a fully equip modern kitchen to prepare delicious meals with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. There's a 1/2 Bath on the first floor for as well.

The backyard is professionally decorated and includes a gas grill for you and your family to create meals and memories while enjoying the peaceful parklike setting and large in-ground swimming pool. It's perfect for an extended family vacation.
This stunning luxury home is everything you could possibly want . Home is located within a 4 minute drive to upscale shops, beaches and restaurants.

Walk, bike or drive around neighborhood. Bikes not included but welcome. Minutes to the Beaches, Westhampton Beach Town, North Fork Wineries, Southampton Golf. Walk to Quogue Wildlife Refuge and Preserve

Note: we do have our home professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. And depending upon how long you stay, we can arrange for our home to be cleaned for you add an additional cost.

Frustrating

We could not communicate and were not able to get a good understanding of the lay out. The outside of the house was not safe to let our dog out. The pictures are misleading and the common areas are much smaller than they appear. The mattress pad in the master bedroom is made of plastic and krinkles when you move around. There is no exhaust fan in the kitchen, just a hood that goes to nowhere, so the fire alarm kept going off when we were cooking. There was a cleaning fee so we did not clean up much, just our garbage. The owner accused us of scratching the stainless steel viking stove which we certainly did not do. Their are cameras so the owner should have known that did not scratch the stove. I took forever to get hot water. Clearly this is an investment property with an inexperienced owner. We have done may VRBO rentals have only written good reviews in the past.

Fabulous getaway

This was our first time renting a VRBO as a family. We could not have been happier. Laura is a fabulous host. The house looks exactly as it does in the picture. There was no amenity that was missed. the main floor. Master suite was huge and private. The backyard had multiple seating areas with a beautiful, clean, huge pool We are hoping to make this an annual event

Beautiful home in Quoque

My group and I truly enjoyed our stay! Laura was super responsive and overall extremely helpful host. The house and pool are beautiful and can comfortably accommodate large groups. Very close drive to the beach and Westhampton downtown area. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay

We had a lovely stay. The home was exactly as advertised. Laura was a responsive host and provided helpful recommendations for nearby beaches. (There are 3 public beaches nearby within a ~15min drive.) Would stay here again!
