Our suite is very clean and cozy. If you need to stay to month or more than a month, we charge $890 monthly. We will charge only $10 per night for a 3rd guest. The area where the building is located is modern and safe, many shopping stores, food markets, pharmacy, restaurants, with all type of food, transportation is easy and around the corner, near the building is a beautiful park for wallking or jogging, for people who likes sports or enjoy the view of nature, modern theaters and much more. The apartment is perfect to rest and take more energy for the next day or the next activity.

Please do not drink or smoke in the apartment, Try to be not noisy specially at night time, for guests who stay more than a week.
cleaning is done once a week on Fridays,1st time cleaning is included in payment, next cleaning time will be charge $15 cash to pay the cleaning lady.
We don't accept any mail for our guests. During week days at night time neighbors go to rest around 10:pm. Please try to be considerate with neighbors

The condo is in a great location.

It is walking distance to several malls, a beautiful park, and the business district. The 5 star is for location, cleanliness, and value. And the best part is they can help you with airport transports, english interpretaion, scenic tours,, and a well rounded summary of the country and area.
