Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit: €300 per accommodation (refundable provided no damage, missing items or additional cleaning is required).
• A small daily tourist tax per night and person will be collected upon arrival. This amount is subject to change. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates.

• Pets: Some residences accept pets at an additional charge of €7 per pet per night or €39 per pet for 6+ nights
• Long stays:
• Bed linen: €8 per person
• Towels: €8 per set
• End of stay cleaning (except kitchenette): between €35 and €59

• TV: May only offer French channels, available for €29 for the first week and €15 for every additional week (subject to availability, request upon reservation)
• Sauna/Steam Room: Guests receive 1 free session per apartment, per week
