This is not a chain hotel, this is a boutique hotel with a small number of rooms. It’s located in a secure gated community with attentive security. There’s a golf course on the grounds as well as a polo field and some other activities. The room itself was very spacious and clean with plenty of light, both natural and artificial. It has a television and a dedicated heat/AC system. The on-site restaurant has delicious food with excellent service. I have all positives to say about this hotel.

Hotel muy por debajo de su precio, mal servicio.

Las instalaciones están bien, básicas pero en buen estado y limpias, sin embargo el servicio es pésimo, el restaurante no funciona todo el día, el bufete se termina en una hora y no cuentan ni con platos para servirse, ni hablar de la comida… La gerente es despota. Nos dieron un vaso roto y nos dijeron aguas que está roto, tómele del otro lado… el agua de la habitación nunca salió caliente. Eran las 3 pm y no habían hecho la limpieza de la habitación, todo mal!

Nos hospedamos para una boda en un area cercana. La habitación muy aseada, amplia y linda, más allá de lo que muestra la imagen. El restaurante nos ofrecio buena variedad en 3l desayuno y a su vez, delicioso. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Pésima actitud de servicio

Desagradable, el hotel no tenía la reservación y nos dejaron una hora esperando en la caseta de vigilancia sin resolución, al menos nos hubieran dado el paso a recepción para poder resolverlo más rápido. Se marcó al hotel y la señorita de recepción se portó grosera y desposta Pésimo servicio La comida y comodidad es buena
