観光名所まで歩いて10分程度、夜出歩いても 治安がいい感じがしました。 英語が使えるスタッフがいてとても感じが良かったです。

洗練されたデザインホテル
歴史的街並みに馴染む入口からは想像もできないほど、内部は洗練されたデザイン。どの場所も清潔で居心地がよい。ファミリールームはコンパクトだが必要なものが揃っているし水回りも問題なし。テラスでいただく朝食もよかった。 敷地内に駐車場がないが、近隣の有料駐車場を教えてもらえる。徒歩5分程度。 全てのスタッフがフレンドリーだが丁寧な接客で素晴らしいと感じた。

Good service indeed. The in-roon balcony was really nice. The only drawback was that there is no parking space inside the hotel premises, but this was offset by its really center location within the historic city.

古い建物に現代のお洒落さが融合する街中ホテル
ロケーションも抜群。ここなら夜の食事やバーに繰り出すのも便利ですし例え食べすぎても、飲みすぎてもすぐに戻れます。最近はこのホテルに沢山のお洒落なバーやレストランが並ぶので思わず食べ過ぎてしまうでしょうね。

Lovely spaces, convenient, nice staff, nice rooms but realize many rooms in Mexico do not have windows to the outside. Ours here didn’t.

This hotel is lovely and very convenient as it’s located in the center of the city. The room was quite small but had everything we needed (especially AC) for our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming for a short stay.

The room we initially booked was very small so we upgraded to a bigger room for a small fee. Nahum was very nice and helpful. The hotel is located within the centro histórico. We felt very safe walking to and from the hotel at night. We parked on the street when available. Highly recommend.

Architecturally a beautiful building within walking distance from the historic plaza. Staff was attentive and check-in was quick and easy. The only two issues I had 1) I paid for a jacuzzi suite and it was non-functional 2) (and this is a personal preference) the bed was hard and uncomfortable, didn't get a great night sleep the two nights I stayed. Apart from those two things I really enjoyed my stay and found it super safe (as a woman traveling alone) and it was easy to find street parking after 8pm.

Wonderful area! Amazing staff and a beautiful facility. Rooms are on the smaller side as it is in the downtown area (everything is small). Hot water, luxury rooms, great air conditioning, bottled water. Literally everything you could ask for.

This is a fabulous hotel. One of the most beautifully appointment. It’s intimate in its spaces but with plenty of areas to relax in. The staff is extremely kind and great. I can’t wait to stay here again.

No me agradó que la habitación tiene una puerta de intercomunicación con la de al lado, se escucha todooo! Aparte no hay privacidad, a las 8 am ya están en la terraza sirviendo el desayuno justo frente a la puerta de la habitación, mucho ruido
