セントロのど真ん中でロケーションもよく、お部屋も素敵でした。インターネット環境が良くなかったのが唯一残念でしたがもう一度泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。

市街地の中心に立地して場所は最高。部屋も広く清潔感もあり快適。WiFiも問題無し。 ただ、部屋のTVは使えず、朝食も種類が少なく今一つであったのが残念。

セネア公園前の便利で快適なホテル
部屋にコーヒーメーカーがあった。泊まった部屋は広く、水回りも広々としていてアメニティも揃っていて快適だった。毎日、コーヒー用と洗面所に水を置いてくれた。ホテルの廊下も広々としていた。レストランが2軒併設されていて食事に便利。2階建てなのにエレベーターがありスーツケースを運ぶのに苦労しなかった。道路側の部屋だったが、車の音はさほど気にならなかった。

I always love visiting Queretaro and staying in the historic area. The staff are very nice, and the rooms large. They have rooms facing the courtyard (which can be noisy and music starts early) or the street. They don't have a fitness center, however I prefer to walk and see the sites anyway.

2 von 3 Tage ohne Warmwasser, erst am ersten Abend sollte jemand sich darum kümmern, es hat sich aber nichts geändert. Mehrere Reklamationen brachten nur "Hausmeister kommt abends ab 19 Uhr vorbei" Erst am letzten Tag konnten wir morgens mit Warmwasser duschen. Ist nicht akzeptabel für ein 5-Sterne Hotel mit Preis über 100EUR pro Nacht.

Good hotel to stay in Querétaro. Al centro historico. Very good restaurants on rooftops around. The breakfast was deceiving. A few choice, and no breakfast the saturdays and sundays.

Clean room and facilities. Area super noisy. AC noisy and bathroom super small. I had a suite that it was very small. The bed was king size and comfortable. Area around safe and good restaurants.

La habitación llena de mosquitos. El 2do día tardamos 2 horas matando moscos en la madrugada. El olor del drenaje del baño se salía. Las almohadas con relleno muy hecho bola.

My stay at Gran Hotel de Querétaro was very pleasant in all respects. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. They truely make a difference. Fenomenal! Habiamos tenido una experiencia horrible en nuestro primer hotel, y escogi este al azar, sabiendo que estaba bien ubicado frente a una de las plazas. Para ser honesta algunas partes de las instalaciones podrian usar actualizacion, sobre todo el color que esta muy amarillo adentro, pero aparte de eso, todo fue increible. Toda la gente de recepcion muy amable y atenta, con un servicio impecable. Disfrutabamos mucho hablar con ellos y nos conectaron con un guia local llamado Julio quien nos hizo un paseo personalizado excelente. Salir con el seria la mejor decision que puedes tomar! Habitacion con vista a la plaza, bastante amplia y comoda.

The staff was most helpful. What I don’t recommend is their breakfast which you pay extra for isn’t worth the cost. Other than that, it’s a beautiful hotel.

The hotel location is fantastic, but just that This hotel is a big spacious hotel without a soul . It probably was a grand hotel long, long time ago but now What it makes me angry is that this is a 5 star hotel with no room service, not laundry service, not a refrigerator inside the room . This Grand hotel should advertise as 3 star hotel . They have free breakfast and to be honest the breakfast was so mediocre, so terrible for a 5 star hotel.The room was nice because it have a balcony facing the park but in the room the bed was old the the pillows where so old and smell like someone head it small bad and, they where so uncomfortable and lumpy. This hotel was a big disappointment for a 5 star hotel it has definitely been the worst hotel i ever stayed, I won’t recommend to anybody.
