"Communication was excellent- we had all the info we needed for a perfect stay. Apartment was well stocked, warm and comfy. Towels were a little thin but overall we had a great stay. Access to the beach was excellent. Highly recommend- we will be back if in the area again."

"This little property was perfect for our needs. It offered everything we needed for a one night stay. The only concern may have been the single small bathroom & toilet if you had more people staying. Otherwise it was great for us. Noise from the freeway was not an issue."

"We had a great stay. The house was clean and had lots of lovely light. The backyard was perfect for the kids who enjoyed the basketball court. The kitchen had everything you’d ever need, no shortcuts here. It was lovely to cook in and the plates etc were of a high quality. Bathrooms were also great. Kids beds were uncomfortable, but other than that everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. Nice location."

"A wonderful, bright, roomy house in quiet area of Barwon Heads. Would suit several family groups or just a quiet get away for a couple and their pooch as was the case for us. "This property has everything you will need regardless of the weather. Even though all bedrooms are on the upper floor, we all manage the stairs without any problems. We are all over 50+yrs, even had a lady recovering from head surgery. Enjoyed the pool table, the many heaters and was amazed at the selection of teas and coffees. Thank You Sylvanna"

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the property. It has everything we want and need, as well as being dog friendly.. Close to wineries, it makes an ideal spot for a weekend getaway! We love that there is a lot of space, a lovely entertaining area out the back, and modern appliances. Pat is wonderful to deal with… We will be back!"

"Lovely, neat, and clean courage, that's super cosy but still with enough space to stretch out. Kitchen has everything for simple cooking; pots and pans, plenty of crockery, some pantry staples... We went in winter, so the extra blankets Leigh provided for us were perfect! Keyless entry was a nice touch, no effort or fiddling with lock boxes. "We had a great stay with friends. House was good size for a multi-family stay and the pool is great for kids as our 6 year olds could easily stand up. Kitchen is set up with all plates and utensils, you just need to bring food including pantry basics. Short drive to local beaches and shops in Rye. Solid value for money option and very clean and tidy."
