GO GREEN / Solar system with two 15 KW back up battery for the entre house.

Totally private pool is all yours, no sharing! Please note: pool heater is solar power, it increase the water temperature by 8 degrees, therefore pool tem. is always around 86 degrees but varies on the sun.

Enjoy the sea breeze, ocean, mountain and meadow views, very quiet and peaceful country setting.

Completely air-cond. and well furnished with everything you may needed. Off street parking, gated entry.

Only 7 min. to nearby beach. Many beaches within 35min. for kayaking, camping, snorkeling, surfing, swimming, horseback riding, shopping & dining.

Whole house generator and water reservoir for emergency.

KEYLOCK / SELF CHECK- IN.

**NOTE: although the house is all yours to enjoy, the attached in law apartment is used by the owners about 4 to 5 month a year. We're retired 15years ago and have 3 vaccines.

An incredible stay at this Puerto Rican home! The pool and mountain views were stunning, accommodating our group of 8 comfortably. Hiram, our host, was incredibly sweet and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. He had brought us native fruit to welcome our family at the beginning of our stay! A great home with 4 bedrooms, 2, 3/4 baths. Full kitchen with 2 blenders for your tropical drinks. Pool was private, and 88 deg!! Host was outstanding, always available without intruding. I highly reccomend this property for family or any group. 5 stars for a Verbo!

Great place!

Owners were humble and extremely friendly, they welcomed us with fruit grown on their property. Every room has it's own AC unit, bathrooms very clean, kitchen comes with all the things you want and need. Smart TV allows you to smart stream from a mobile device. Internet connection was enough to do the things we needed. Close to tons of places for shopping and food. Bakery nearby is awesome. We had a blast, playing pool and swimming in the pool. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing every day. Great place!!! We will definitely stay there again with them!

Reasons for my 5 start review : Close to beautiful beaches The owners was so friendly They surprise us with fresh bread and a delicious coffee The house was full of everything that we need They proveed beach towels for everyone ( we was 11 ) House with 2 bathrooms ( love that because our big group A beautiful view from the house ( beach view ) Nice location We visited our host recommendation and we love it 🥰 I really recommends this house and we will comeback again soon !!!
