Room was nicely furnished, clean, updated. Bath was spacious and full. Bed was comfortable. Plentiful and comfortable pillows. Coffee machine in room was good, the the machine in lounge great. Staff were very helpful.

We are very impressed by the simple, artistic decoration of the hotel. Room is spacious and front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Pierrot who helped my wife retrieve the cell phone charger left in the room after checkbout.

This is our second stay at Hôtel du Vieux-Québec. We love the location right on Rue St. Jean, close to all of the main attractions of Vieux Quebec. Every detail thought out. Every need foreseen and attended to. The hotel is beautiful and clever. The lounge is set up with comfy seating interesting books, games, and puzzles, as well as espresso. Lights in the room are dimmable, there's a kettle and mugs to make tea, the bed has proper sheets and blankets, there's glass bottled water and real glasses. 100 percent better than big name hotel. Vincent and Pierrot on the front desk are exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful. Will stay here again, for sure 😊

The location is perfect for quick access to shopping and sightseeing and transit, and the hotel has a comfortable spacious lounge which is great for kids and adults alike. I really liked the optional breakfast picnic basket hung on the door in the morning; that was a cute touch. Thank you to the hotel staff for making our stay comfortable and memorable!
