オススメなホテルです
オールドケベック、シャトーフロントナックなど徒歩でのケベック探索にうってつけの高台にある清潔感のあるホテルです。部屋からの景色も最高でした。滞在時間が少なかったのが心残りです。 Via Railで移動したのですが、駅からは相当登るので車移動は必須でした。

The hotel is good except for the inconvenient parking. There are many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. But the parking service wasted a lot of time, no one told us where the car was parked, and it took a long time for someone to come out, the car had to be parked in a public parking lot far away, and it took more than 10 minutes to walk with the suitcase, which was not very convenient. The hotel reception was very friendly.

Hotel is nice but reception staff is not that great. Beware if you drive a large SUV their indoor parking can’t handle the height of the SUV. So I had to go with Valet parking the first night but the second night even valet refused to park my SUV because the off site parking place is being renovated. I was asked by reception to drive my car to Delta hotel to park over night. Which didn’t make sense to me, then manager interfered to allow me to park outside the hotel for the night. I will never stay their again.

Property and rooms were clean and spacious. Little cafe/shop at the lobby was useful. Could have kettles available in rooms as not everyone drinks coffee and the nespresso machine was not thoroughly cleaned out to have it pour out only hot water.

Staff Front desk is blunt, day and night shift . Not approachable, pricy smile. Parking instructions were horrible. Some stuff appears they don’t love what they are doing. Otherwise the hotel is really comfortable to stay as always.

Everything about our stay was incredible. The hotel was spotless and beautiful. We couldn’t find anything on the menu to eat but other than that we were so happy with the hotel and will definitely stay there again if we are in Quebec. 5 star!!!
