(unsure of spelling but this is how I pronounced it) He was friendly, professional, kind and very informative. Very please with my visit!!"

"Clean room, quiet, great service. The gentlemsn at the reception was so helpful. Breakfast was good. No assigned parking at the hotel. Since it is downtown, you have to use paying parking spots, sometimes hard to find and only 2 hours at a time, so have to continue paying the machine. Close to streets full of stores and restaurants."

"I really don’t want to be negative about my stay at your hotel. Lovely location, nice well looked after buildings and brilliant for a 10 minute drive to the ferry at Ouistreham in the morning. But please get some staff! The service in the restaurant wasn’t brilliant and a few orders were forgotten, my main meal was ok, but arrived lukewarm warm, as if it had been prepared a while before it was delivered. Having just one member of staff, or might have been the owner, I don’t know, booking people in, sorting out payment, showing them to their rooms, serving coffee clearing glasses from the bar and garden, taking food orders, serving drinks and food all at the same time, on their own is the problem I think. Not the staff member. You know how many people will be staying with you, and when they are coming and who they are, so please invest in appropriate amount of staff to aid your customers experience. I would happily stay there again. Please take this review as constructive and not destructive, as it is a lovely hotel, and I did overal enjoy my visit their."
